OVERSEAS REGIONAL STUDENT (FIELD STUDY) CENTRES (ORSC)
ISE Travel enjoys a growing collaboration with a network of Overseas Regional Student Centres (ORSC). Combined with workbooks incorporating proven ideas and concepts coupled with innovative new concepts developed as a result of ISE Travel’s insights, each ORSC can be adopted and adapted to meet the INDIVIDUALITY of each school for long term use in a global environment where formal and informal curricula can inculcate and develop thinking skills of our students.
This can only take place in a favourable learner-centred school environment with specialist instructors who understand the mission of our Education.
Our exclusive representation and joint development with various overseas regional student centres (ORSC) and field laboratories makes us indeed unique from the rest. Each ORSC serves as a unique activity hub for integrative educational networking and maintains close collaboration with major tertiary, private and research institutions. It offers an outdoor classroom environment to meet the individuality and educational objectives of each school.
Apart from learning the culture of the country, these field laboratory trips encourage character development, engender self-motivation, develop thinking skills and also allow the young to imbibe new knowledge. We also incorporate community service programmes to encourage our youth to be responsible world citizens, promote team building and at the same time reach out to the world with a hand of warm friendship.

Student Internship Programme
As our network of ORSCs grows, we get young people seeking opportunities to join us as intern during their vacations. We are always keen to offer this wonderful opportunity to interested young people. Our internships take the form of project-based attachments under the guidance of an assigned mentor, giving students significant exposure in undertaking practical research. While duration is subjective (though a minimum 4-week would be a standard prerequisite) and no monetary allowance is available, we will provide meals, transport and lodging for free. In return, there will be opportunities to learn about tourism management, public relations, tour guiding, F & B catering, research and environment studies but the most exciting is experiencing foreign cultures.
Of course, there are many ways people experience foreign cultures. Usually you can either take a vacation in another country, or simply read about it in a book or watch a movie. But the only real way to truly understand what a foreign land and its people are all about is to live there and get to know these people on a personal level.
If you are keen in taking a daring leap to experience the ways of life of other people on our planet, then working as an intern at our network of ORSCs is an excellent way to pursue this rewarding and fulfilling path. Applications are open to tertiary institution students who are pursuing either single subject concentrations or double subject concentrations in any academic subject. But we are not particular.
